RiskBase has grown to over a million buildings under management – this is good news for customers as we invest heavily in application development but to maintain stability and performance means we also need to invest in our infrastructure.
A major milestone is migration to a serverless computing platform, which we have been working on for the past 12 months or so. The first phase of that happens soon.
Our load-balancers will direct users to a holding page at 05:30, any app syncs will fail with an offline error message.
During this period we will make sure that data has successfully migrated and run some internal tests before redirecting the load-balancers to the new platform. It may take us a little longer, and if it does, we will update this page.
The new system has been extensively tested, and users will see both immediate and new improvements over the next few months.
