Updating Data

Data stored on your mobile device can become out of data. If a property’s details are changed or another user uploads an assessment to RiskBase, your mobile device won’t automatically receive the changes. You must perform regular updates to keep everything in sync.

Update Companies

  1. Go to the list of companies.
  2. Tap on a company.
  3. Tap Download Updates.

or

  1. Go to the list of companies.
  2. Tap on a tick to the left of a company.
  3. select multiple companies.
  4. Tap Download at the top of screen.

Update Properties

You only want to update the properties already on your mobile device so use the filter [Downloaded Properties] to show just them.

  1. Go to the list of properties.
  2. Tap on Filter (top right).
  3. Select Downloaded Properties.
  4. Tap on a tick to the left of a property.
  5. Tap Select All at the top of the screen.
  6. Tap Download at the top of screen.
