Once an assessment has been approved, the Significant Findings and Action Plan sections will contain Actions that need to be implemented in order to mitigate the current risks. These are compiled into lists, we call this Tasks. Tasks include explanations of the actions, recommendations of who should complete them and due dates for completion of works.

Additional information relating to future risk assessments may be included; when should the premises next be assessed? This is often a pre-determined interval, linked to the risk level.
