Each customer has their own RiskBase organisation. For example:
A chain of coffee shops (Kenney’s Coffee) are managed by a fire management company (Acme Fire) — both Kenney’s Coffee and Acme Fire have their own RiskBase organisation.
Acme Fire have accounts for each of their employees. The employees working on the “Kenney’s Coffee” project have been added to the Kenney’s Coffee organisation — these users can see both Acme Fire and Kenney’s Coffee.
As well as the Acme Fire accounts, Kenney’s Coffee have accounts for each of their stores — the person responsible for fire signs in to RiskBase to view their fire risk assessment and complete remedial actions.
